- Transparent (slightly see through)
- Clear latex
- Pre-filled with 3/4" dark and light pink round paper confetti
- Fill with air or helium

Tip:
Inflate the balloons, then rub the balloon to build of static electricity to get the confetti to stick to the walls of the balloon.
