How to use:
First, Remove the black tab from the balloon by pulling it straight out. This will turn on the lights for the LED inside the balloon and it cannot be switched off afterwards.
Next, after removing the tab, inflate the balloon with air or helium until it is at the optimal size.
Last, once the balloon is fully inflated, tie the balloon closed and enjoy your party!
